Culture Exists Whether You Design It or Not.
Every organisation develops a culture over time. It is reflected in everyday conversations, the decisions people make and the behaviours that are rewarded, challenged or ignored.
Culture cannot be defined by mission statements alone. It is experienced through leadership actions, workplace expectations and the consistency with which people are treated across the organisation.
As organisations grow, culture becomes increasingly important because leaders are no longer present in every interaction. Shared behaviours begin replacing direct supervision, shaping the employee experience long after formal communication has ended.
The strongest organisational cultures are not accidental. They are intentionally built and consistently reinforced.
