No. The program is designed for individuals who are beginning their careers or returning to work after a break. We start with the fundamentals and gradually build your confidence and workplace readiness.
The Career Readiness Program is conducted over 4 weeks, with 50 hours of instructor-led classroom learning spread across weekday sessions.
You can choose the batch that best suits your schedule.
You will develop practical skills in professional communication, customer service, workplace etiquette, teamwork, business communication, digital workplace tools, resume writing, interview preparation, and overall career readiness.
The program focuses on practical learning. Every session includes activities such as role plays, workplace simulations, communication exercises, group discussions, mock interviews, and trainer feedback to help you apply what you learn.
Yes. Participants who successfully complete the program and meet the attendance and assessment requirements will receive a Certificate in Career Readiness issued by CrestBridge Skills Academy.
The ₹1,999 Application & Assessment Fee is paid when you apply for admission. If your application is approved, this amount is adjusted against the total program fee. If your application is not approved, the full amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The total fee for the Career Readiness Program is ₹4,999.
After your application is approved, you only need to pay the remaining ₹3,000 to confirm your admission.
No. We do not guarantee employment.
However, we provide placement assistance that includes resume development, interview preparation, mock interviews, interview scheduling, and employer referrals. Final hiring decisions are made by the hiring organizations based on their recruitment process and requirements.
After successfully completing the program, eligible participants may be considered for interview opportunities with our hiring partners based on their performance, attendance, communication skills, and employer requirements.
No. You do not need to be fluent in English to join the program.
Our Career Readiness Program includes communication development to help you improve your spoken English, workplace communication, and confidence.
While many entry-level roles do not require perfect English, stronger communication skills can improve your interview performance, increase your confidence, and open up better job opportunities with a wider range of employers. Throughout the program, our trainers will work with you to strengthen these skills through practical exercises, role plays, and regular feedback.
Yes. Every participant takes part in mock interviews, receives trainer feedback, and learns how to answer common HR and interview questions with confidence.
Each batch is limited to a maximum of 50 participants. Smaller batches allow trainers to provide more interaction, individual feedback, and practical coaching.
Please bring your Participant Workbook, a notebook, a pen, and a positive attitude. If any additional materials are required for specific activities, your trainer will inform you in advance.
Regular attendance is important because each session builds on previous learning. If you miss a session, please inform the Academy in advance. Trainers will guide you on how to catch up wherever possible.
